We've put together a list of our most commonly used terms in the Hurree platform, and what they mean. Get yourself familiar with these to help you make the most of your account.

Dashboard: Hurree dashboards offer a streamlined overview of all your most important data, pulling in key metrics from your favourite tools and displaying them visually, in one single, space. Your dashboard is completely customisable with a variety of connector options and data visualisations to choose from.

Widget: A widget is the container in which your datapoints are displayed on your dashboard.

Datapoint: A datapoint is the specific piece of data that you want to pull in from your connector and be displayed in a widget on your dashboard.

Connector: Connectors are the tools from which you collect the specific datapoints you want to display within a widget. Examples of connectors include Google Analytics, HubSpot, Facebook Ads, etc.

Performance Indicator: A performance indicator is a quantifiable measurement used to assess the progress and performance of a given target within a company. When setting up a widget on your dashboard you will have the option to set up a specific performance indicator for that datapoint, highlighting what is considered positive and, what is considered negative (as defined by you).

Once turned on and added to your board, the performance of your datapoint will be indicated by a pulsating green or red dot in the top right-hand corner of the individual widget. Users do not need to add a performance indicator to their widget.

At the bottom of your dashboard, you will see a Performance Indicator key highlighting the overall total of positive, negative and intermediate widgets on your dashboard.

Snapshot: A snapshot is a screengrab of the data on your board at a specific date and time. This can be effortlessly shared with anyone either through a link or by email, by clicking the share icon at the top right-hand side of the screen.

Data Comparison Status: This is the % figure contained within a widget that shows a +/- data comparison based on the time-date selections made by the user.

Entity: An entity is the single unique object related to the specific datapoint that you wish to display on your dashboard. For example, when creating a widget, if you select the datapoint 'Clicks for a specific email' you will then be asked to choose an entity. The entity, in this case, is the specific email.

Admin: An admin user can manage all aspects of the account, including billing, connector management and the ability to add/remove users.

Team member: A team member is able to view and edit public dashboards, as well as create new ones. They will not have access to any billing information and will be unable to connect/disable connectors or add new users to the account.
