With Hurree you can easily share your dashboards through our snapshot functions. Although snapshots enable you to share a clear, timestamped view of your dashboard we understand that some users may prefer to download their reports as a PDF.

While we are building this functionality directly into Hurree, we recommend one of these two alternative options if you need to download your dashboard as a PDF.

Safari

If using Safari you can simply export a Snapshot to a PDF through the top left-hand Navigation.

  • On the dashboard you would like to download, start by creating a snapshot

  • Click the share icon in the top right corner and select Snapshot

  • Choose to generate a link, and copy and paste this into a new tab on your Safari browser

  • Hover at the top of your screen until you see the toolbar and click File

  • Within this dropdown, you will see the option Export to PDF

  • This option will allow you to export your current open tab, i.e your snapshot to a PDF

  • Once selected you just have to name your PDF and download it

Chrome

If using Chrome you will need to download a free plug-in for your browser. Although there are several plug-in options, we recommend GoFullPage

  • On the dashboard you would like to download, start by creating a snapshot

  • Click the share icon in the top right corner and select Snapshot

  • Choose to generate a link, and copy and paste this into a new tab on your Chrome browser

  • Once opened, click the extensions icon in the top right corner and select GoFullPage

  • This will instantly begin grabbing your Snapshot and generate it as a full-page

  • Once finished you have the option to directly download this as a PDF or download it as is to your computer
