Below, you will find an explanation for errors you may encounter on your Klavyio widgets. These errors are uncommon, so if you see an error that is not detailed below, please contact a member of our team.

The value of the request parameter is not valid.

Explanation: When you add widgets to Hurree, our system requests that your tool pull the information you’ve selected. When a request is sent to a server or API, it usually includes parameters specifying the details of the request. These parameters include query strings, headers, or request body contents. The error message suggests that one or more of these parameters have been provided with an invalid or incorrect value.

How to Solve: If you are seeing this error message, please contact Hurree Support, and we will investigate the issue as soon as possible and find you a solution.

You do not have the required permissions to perform this action

Explanation: You do not have the necessary permissions to perform the action you have requested.

How to solve: To resolve this issue you will need to contact the admin of the Klavyio account and ask them to update your permissions.

Your resource has not been found

Explanation: Unfortunately, the resource you are trying to access using Hurree can not be found. This may be because an email, text, etc., was deleted or removed from your account.

How to resolve this: If you encounter this error,, please verify the linked Klaviyo account to make sure the resource from which you're attempting to obtain data has not been deleted or archived.

Something is wrong on Klaviyo's end

Explanation: In some instances, a third-party tool will experience issues within its own system which are out of our control.

How to solve: These outages usually don’t last long, so we recommend waiting a short time and then trying again. If you are experiencing this error for a prolonged period of time, please contact our support team.
