Connectors are the tools from which you collect the specific data points you want to display in a widget. As long as you have an account with the tool you want to connect with, you can sync this data into Hurree.
Connecting the Capsule CRM Connector in Hurree
1. Navigate to the Connectors Tab
Log in to your Hurree account.
On the left-hand side panel of the platform, locate and click on the Connectors tab.
2. Select the Capsule CRM Connector
Find the Capsule CRM Connector card and click on it.
3. Input Your Capsule CRM API Key
A pop-up window will appear for the Capsule CRM connector.
Click Connect at the bottom of the pop-up.
You will be directed to input your API Key, which you can find in your Capsule CRM account.
Finding Your Capsule CRM API Key
Log in to your Capsule CRM account.
Click on your name in the top right corner and select Account Settings from the dropdown menu.
In the Account Settings menu, click on Integrations.
Scroll to the bottom of the page and look for the section Develop your own using the Capsule API.
Click on the API Authentication Tokens link.
Click Generate an API Token.
Provide a description for the token, such as “Hurree,” for easy recognition (the default scope preferences are fine as they are).
Click Generate Token.
Copy the generated token and paste it into the API Key field in the Capsule CRM connector pop-up.
4. Confirm the Connection
Once the API Key is entered and the connection is successful, the Capsule CRM card will change from Connect to Disconnect, confirming the integration.
5. Disconnecting a Connector (Optional)
If you wish to disconnect the Capsule CRM connector in the future, go to your Account Settings.
Find the Connectors tab and select Disconnect on the Capsule CRM card.
Following these steps will allow you to successfully connect your Capsule CRM data to Hurree and begin using it in your widgets.
