🔍 What’s a Calculated Widget?

A Calculated Widget lets you take two or more single-number widgets and combine them using a custom formula. It’s ideal when:

You want to track a new KPI
You're combining values across different tools
You need a custom calculation not available out-of-the-box

🧠 How to Build a Calculated Widget

1. Access the Options

Head to your dashboard and click the three dots (•••) in the top-right corner.

2. Start Creating

Select “Create Calculated Widget” from the dropdown menu.

3. Choose Your Widgets

Pick the single-number widgets that hold the data you want to work with.

⚠️ Only single-number widgets can be used. Text and time widgets won’t work here.

4. Launch the Calculator

Once you’ve selected your widgets, hit “Calculate Widgets” to open the formula builder.

5. Enter Your Formula

Use basic math (like +, –, ×, ÷) to build your calculation. You’ll see it update in real-time, so you know it’s working before you finalize.

6. Name and Save

Give your new widget a name that reflects what it calculates, then click Finish.

7. Done!

Your custom metric is now live on your dashboard and will update automatically based on the widgets it's built from.

⚠️ A Few Things to Keep in Mind

If you delete a widget that’s part of the calculation, the calculated widget will also be removed.
The widget refreshes in real time, so your data stays current without manual updates.
