Feeling overwhelmed by alerts? Whether you want fewer emails or a sharper focus on key updates, Hurree gives you full control over your notification experience so you see more of what matters and less of what does not.

Where do I manage notifications?

  • You can update your preferences in just a few clicks:

  • Go to Settings > Notifications

  • From here, you control how often you're notified, how you're notified, and what you're notified about.

Choose how you're notified

  • Hurree lets you decide both the channel and the frequency of your notifications.

Notification channels

  • Email

  • In-app notifications

  • Or both

Email frequency options

  • Per notification

    • Receive an email whenever a selected action occurs. This is ideal if you need real-time visibility on key activity.

  • Smart Daily Riva Summary

    • Instead of multiple emails throughout the day, Riva sends one morning summary that includes all relevant updates. This keeps your inbox cleaner while ensuring you stay informed.

  • Monthly usage summary

    • Receive an email at the start of each month summarizing your Hurree usage from the previous month. This helps you understand platform engagement, activity levels, and overall adoption across your team.

Select what you're notified about

  • You can toggle individual notifications on or off depending on what is most important to you. These settings control what appears in your per-notification emails or Daily Riva Summary.

  • Available notification types include:

    • Dashboard invitation

    • Dashboard created

    • Dashboard renamed

    • Dashboard deleted

    • Widget deleted

    • Widget comments

    • Widget comment tags

    • Snapshot created

    • Scheduled Snapshot setup

    • Scheduled Snapshot sent

    • Scheduled Snapshot deleted

    • Snapshot deleted

    • Snapshot expired

    • User removed

    • Connector enabled

    • Billing success

    • Billing fail

    • Product updates

    • Profile completed

    • Starter Guide updates

  • Enable only the updates relevant to your role to avoid unnecessary noise.

Managing team notifications

  • Admins can also guide how their team receives updates. This is especially useful for larger teams that need clarity without inbox overload.

  • For example:

    • Ensure only team leads receive report delivery updates

    • Use in-app notifications instead of email for internal collaboration

    • Adjust settings during busy reporting periods or campaign launches

  • Each user can still manage their own preferences, but Admin oversight helps keep communication structured and intentional.

Ask Riva for help

  • You can also ask the Riva AI Assistant questions like:

    • How do I stop email notifications from Hurree?

    • Can I change what I get alerts about?

    • How do I manage notifications for my whole team?

    • Where do I find notification settings?

  • Riva will guide you directly to the right place.

Pro tip

  • If you use Scheduled Snapshots or Private Dashboards, customizing notifications ensures the right stakeholders stay informed without sending unnecessary alerts to the wider team.
