How to use example Dashboards

Can I use example Dashboards in Hurree?

Yes, you can. Example Dashboards are designed to help you build reports faster by providing pre-built Dashboard layouts based on real-world reporting use cases. Simply choose an example, connect your data, and customize it to suit your needs.

Step 1: Open example Dashboards

  • From your Dashboard, navigate to the Example Dashboards Section.

Step 2: Browse the available Dashboards

  • Browse the available Example Dashboards to find one that matches your reporting needs.

  • Popular examples include:

    • Deals Leaderboard (Pipedrive), track top-performing sales representatives and deal progress.

    • Social Growth, monitor follower growth and engagement across your social channels.

    • Social Media Overview, view your key social media KPIs in one place.

    • Google Analytics 4: analyze website traffic, engagement, and conversions.

  • To explore even more Dashboard layouts, open the Dashboard Templates tab.

Step 3: Use an example Dashboard

  • Once you've found a Dashboard you'd like to use, click Use this Example.

  • The Dashboard will be added to your workspace, ready for you to connect your own data.

Step 4: Connect your data

  • Connect the relevant accounts and data sources for each Widget, such as Pipedrive, Google Analytics 4, or your social media platforms.

  • Once connected, the placeholder data will be replaced with your live reporting data.

Step 5: Customize your Dashboard

  • Edit the Dashboard to suit your reporting requirements.

  • You can:

    • Add or remove Widgets.

    • Update Widget settings and date ranges.

    • Rearrange your Dashboard layout.

    • Combine Widgets from multiple templates to create a Dashboard tailored to your team.
