Using a Dashboard Template in Hurree

This guide will walk you through the steps to use a Dashboard template in Hurree, whether you are creating a new Dashboard or adding a template to an existing one.

Step 1: Access the Dashboard Template Library

  • Navigate to the Dashboard Template Library on the left-hand side panel of your Hurree account.

  • Browse through the available templates.

  • Use the filter by industry option at the top of the page to find relevant templates.

Step 2: Select a Template

  • Click on the template card to view more details.

  • You will see:

    • A close-up view of what's included.

    • An option to see a Snapshot of the template.

    • A list of Connectors used in the template.

  • You do not need all the Connectors to use the template, but at least one must be connected.

Step 3: Choose How to Use the Template

  • Decide whether to:

    • Add it to a new Dashboard.

    • Merge it with an existing Dashboard in your Dashboard Library.

Step 4: Connect Required Tools

  • If any Connectors are not yet connected, you can just connect them now.

  • You can also rename the Dashboard template before moving to the next step.

  • For each Connector, you will see a Select Account dropdown. Make sure to choose the correct account, as this determines which data the Dashboard will pull.

  • If you have multiple accounts connected using Duplicate Connectors, selecting the correct account ensures the template pulls data from the right source.

Step 5: Configure Datapoints

  • Follow the same process as adding a Widget.

  • Select the specific entities for the included data points.

  • Depending on the number of Connectors in the template, the Entity selection process may take longer.

Step 6: Finalize and Build Your Dashboard

  • Once you complete the setup, you will see an animation indicating that your Dashboard is building.

  • When the Dashboard template has been added, you can:

    • Edit Widgets.

    • Customize dashboards as usual.

By following these steps, you can easily use a Dashboard template to streamline your data visualization in Hurree.
