Your Dashboard doesn't just have to work; it should look the part, too. With Hurree, you can tailor everything from layout and visual style to Widget behavior and even apply your company's branding. Here's how to make your dashboards truly yours.

Why Customize Your Dashboard?

A well-organized and branded Dashboard doesn't just look good; it improves understanding, team alignment, and professionalism when sharing with stakeholders. Whether you're showcasing campaign results or tracking performance, customization helps your Dashboard feel like an extension of your brand.

Start with Visual Structure

Create Dashboard Sections

Organize your Widgets into sections to give your Dashboard a clear flow.

Option 1: From the Dashboard Menu

  • Open your Dashboard

  • Click the three dots (•••) in the top right corner

  • Select Create Section

  • Add a Section name and optional description

  • Click Create, and your Section will appear at the bottom

Option 2: Quick Add at the Bottom

  • Scroll to the end of your Dashboard

  • Click Create Section

  • Fill in the Section name and description

  • Hit Create

Drag & Drop to Organize: Move Widgets into your new Section with a simple drag-and-drop. You can rearrange them anytime.

Resize Widgets to Fit Your Focus

You can resize Widgets to control how much space they take up on your Dashboard.

  • Click on a Widget

  • Drag its edges to make it wider, narrower, taller, or more compact

  • Release to save the new size automatically

Resizing Widgets helps you spotlight key metrics, give charts more breathing room, or keep supporting numbers neatly contained. Your layout will adapt across screen sizes while keeping your chosen proportions.

Fine-Tune Widget Settings

Each Widget can be tailored to match your preferred data style:

  • Edit Titles & Labels: Click into any Widget to rename it or adjust what's displayed

  • Adjust Display Type: Choose a number, line, pie, or bar chart, or another visualization, depending on what you want to highlight.

  • Add Annotations or Benchmarks: Provide context or set performance targets directly in the Widget settings.

Pro Tip: Use contrasting Widget styles and sizes to break up sections and highlight your most important metrics.

Apply Your Brand with Custom Branding

Custom branding adds a professional touch, especially in shared dashboards and PDF exports.

How to Set It Up:

Step 1:

  • Go to Account Settings

  • Click your profile icon in the bottom left, then select Account Settings

Step 2:

  • Find the Customize Tab

  • Navigate to the Customize Section

Step 3:

  • Upload Your Logo

  • Click Upload under the Custom Branding Section

Step 4:

  • Select Your Brand Colors

  • Let Riva AI suggest colors from your logo

  • Or manually select colors using the picker or hex codes

Step 5:

  • Preview & Save - Preview how your branding will appear on dashboards and Snapshots

  • Click Save Changes when ready

  • Your brand colors and logo will now appear across reports, making every share feel consistent and professional.

Switch to Dark Mode for a Sleeker Look

Prefer working with less glare or just love a darker aesthetic? Hurree lets you switch to Dark Mode in a few clicks.

How to Enable Dark Mode:

  • Click your profile icon in the bottom left-hand corner

  • Select Account Settings

  • Under the Customize Section, toggle Dark Mode on

Once enabled, the entire platform, including dashboards, Widgets, and navigation, will switch to a darker theme to reduce eye strain.

Bonus: Dark Mode settings are user-specific, so your preference won't affect your teammates.

Final Tip

Customization isn't just about aesthetics. It's a way to bring clarity, focus, and impact to your reporting. When your Dashboard reflects how you work, insights are easier to spot and easier to act on.

Ask Riva

  • "How do I add a Section to my Dashboard?"

  • "Where do I upload our logo?"

  • "Can I resize Widgets or change the layout?"
