Connectors are the tools from which you collect the specific data points you want to display in a widget. As long as you have an account with the tool you want to connect with, you can sync this data into Hurree.
Connecting the Intercom Connector in Hurree
1. Navigate to the Add Widget Section
Log in to your Hurree account.
Click on the + Add Widget button in the top right corner of your dashboard.
2. Select the Intercom Connector
On the next screen, you will see a list of available connectors in Hurree.
Locate the Intercom connector card.
Click the Connect icon.
3. Approve the Connection
A Connector pop-up will appear for Intercom.
Click Connect at the bottom of the pop-up.
You will be redirected to the Intercom Authentication screen.
Log in to your Intercom account and approve the connection.
4. Confirm the Connection
Once successfully connected, the Intercom card will change from Connect to Disconnect.
Your Intercom data will now be available in Hurree widgets.
5. Disconnecting the Intercom Connector (Optional)
If you need to disconnect the Intercom connector, go to:
Account Settings > Connectors Tab.
Locate Intercom and click Disconnect.
By following these steps, you will successfully connect your Intercom account to Hurree, allowing you to track and manage customer interactions seamlessly.
