A widget is a key component of every dashboard. They are what will contain your most meaningful KPIs and metrics.
How to Create a Widget on Your Dashboard
Step 1: Add a Widget
On your dashboard, click the + Add Widget button.
Step 2: Select Widget Type
Choose whether you want to view your data in a number or line chart based on your needs.
Step 3: Choose Connector
Select the connector from which you want to display data.
Step 4: Select Data Point
After selecting your widget type and connector, you'll see a selection of compatible data points. Choose one of the available data points within the same category.
Step 5: Select Entity
Choose the entity from which you'd like to collect the data.
Step 6: Configure Your Widget
You'll be directed to the widget configuration screen. Here, you can make specific adjustments to your widget (note that these changes can only be made once on the dashboard).
The available configuration options may vary based on the visualization type or data point selected.
Step 7: Add Additional Widgets (Optional)
If desired, you can add more widgets at the same time.
Step 8: Finish Setup
Once you're satisfied with your widget setup, click Finish. Your new widget(s) will now appear on your dashboard.
Note:
Your data will be automatically updated four times daily.
