Below you will find an explanation for errors you may encounter on your Eventbrite widgets. These errors are uncommon and if you see an error that is not detailed below please get in touch with a member of our team.

Your Authentication Token is Invalid

Explanation: Authentication tokens are used to verify the identity of a user or a system. When you connect a tool (for example Eventbrite or Google Analytics) to Hurree you are issued a token that serves as proof of your identity every time you add a datapoint from that tool. The token you’ve used to connect Hurree to Google Eventbrite is invalid meaning it is either incorrect.

How to solve: To solve this issue you will need to reauthenticate your connection to your tool. Your token is invalid so you will need to verify your credentials within Eventbrite itself i.e update your password.

Couldn’t find the requested resource, or it doesn’t exist

Explanation: The resource you are trying to pull into Hurree from your Eventbrite account either doesn’t exist or cannot be found. This may be a result of the resource being removed or under restricted permissions.

How to solve: Visit your Eventbrite account to check whether the resource you are trying to pull into Hurree is still there and check its permission levels. If you are still experiencing issues please contact Hurree Support.

You do not have Authorisation to perform a specific action

Explanation: This error indicates that you do not have the necessary authorisation to access the information you have requested.

How to solve: To resolve this issue you will need to contact the admin of the Eventbrite account and ask them to update your permissions.

Resource Invalid

Explanation: Unfortunately the resource you are trying to access using Hurree is invalid. This may be a result of a information being deleted or you may not have the correct permissions to access a specific account.

How to solve: If you see this error we recommend checking the associated Eventbrite account to ensure the information you are trying to access hasn’t since been deleted or archived. At this time you should also check your account details to ensure you have the necessary permissions.

Eventbrite Internal Error

Explanation: In some instances, Quickbooks’s internal server will experience an error which means that Hurree can’t fetch the data you have requested at that specific time.

How to solve: It’s not uncommon for these kinds of errors to occur and unfortunately they are out of our control. The only way to resolve this issue is to wait until the next sync period. If you still see the same error even after the next sync period, please get in touch with Hurree support.
