I've included an explanation for errors you may encounter on your Recurly Widget below. These errors are common, and if you encounter an error not detailed below, please contact a member of our team.
Recurly internal server failure
Explanation: In some instances, Recurly's internal server will experience an error, which means that Hurree can't fetch the data you requested at that specific time.
How to solve: It's not uncommon for these kinds of errors to occur; unfortunately, they are out of our control. The only way to resolve this issue is to wait until the next sync period. If you continue to see the same error after the next sync period, please get in touch with Hurree support.
A duplicate transaction has been made.
Explanation: A similar transaction was recently submitted, which caused a duplicate transaction on your Reculy account.
How to solve: This error should resolve itself after a few minutes. We recommend waiting for a short time and then trying again. However, if this does not resolve the issue, please get in touch with Hurree Support.
The data was not found.
Explanation: Unfortunately, the data you are trying to access using Hurree can not be found. This may be due to subscriptions, payments, or other related items being deleted or removed from your account.
How to Solve: If you encounter this error, we recommend checking the associated Recurly account to ensure that the resource you are trying to retrieve data from has not been deleted or archived since then.
You are not authorised to access this resource.
Explanation: You don't have the necessary permissions to access the information you asked for.
How to Solve: To fix this issue, you can contact the Recurly account Admin and ask them to update your permissions.
The authentication token provided is either invalid or has expired.
Explanation: Authentication tokens verify a user's or system's identity. When you connect a tool (such as Google Analytics or Recurly) to Hurree, you are issued a token that serves as proof of your identity every time you add a Datapoint from that tool. The token you've used to connect Hurree to Recurly is either invalid or expired, meaning it is either incorrect or has exceeded its validity period.
How to solve: To solve this issue, you will need to reauthenticate your connection to your tool. Depending on whether the token is invalid or expired, this may involve simply disconnecting and reconnecting your Connector. If the token is invalid, you will need to verify your credentials in the tool itself, i.e., update your password.
Your login details are invalid.
Explanation: The login details you used to connect your Recurly account to Hurree are no longer valid.
How to solve: To resolve this, you will need to disconnect and reconnect Recurly to Hurree. When reconnecting, you will be able to update your login details.
