More on project management & e-commerce Connectors errors:

Below, I've included an explanation for any errors you may encounter with your Teamwork Widgets. These errors are common, and if you experience a mistake not detailed below, please get in touch with a member of our team.

Unauthorised, invalid, or no Authentication

Explanation: The authentication process needed to connect your Teamwork account to Hurree failed because the information provided to verify your identity is invalid, or you do not have the correct permission levels to authorise the connection.

This could mean that your login details, such as Username, password, or token, are incorrect, missing, or not in the expected format. This could be due to a mistyped or forgotten password, an expired or revoked token, or an incorrect Username. This could also be a result of you not having the level of permission within your Teamwork account to connect third-party tools.

How to solve this problem: If you encounter the error, please double-check your authentication information to ensure it is correct. We recommend re-verifying your Username, password, and any other required credentials. In some situations, you may need to reset your password. You may also need to review your account permissions to ensure they are up to date. If the issue persists, please get in touch with your account administrator.

You don't have the permission to perform this action.

Explanation: Your connection between Hurree and Teamwork has been authorised, but unfortunately, you don't have the necessary permission to perform this specific action.

How to solve this problem: You'll need to log into your Teamwork account and go over your permissions. Since you have been restricted from performing this specific action to fix the issue, you will need to contact your account administrator to update your permissions.

Resource not found

Explanation: Unfortunately, the resource you are attempting to access through Hurree cannot be located. This could be because the resource has been deleted or does not exist, or you may lack the necessary permissions to access this information.

How to solve this problem: If you encounter this error, we recommend checking your Teamwork account to ensure that the resource you are trying to retrieve data from hasn't been deleted or archived. At this time, please also verify your account details or check with your Admin to ensure you have the necessary permissions within Teamwork.

Teamwork Server Error

Explanation: In some instances, the Teamwork internal server will experience an error, which means that Hurree can't fetch the data you requested at that specific time.

How to solve this problem: It's not uncommon for these kinds of errors to occur, and unfortunately, they are out of our control. The only way to resolve this issue is to wait until the next sync period. If you continue to see the same error after the next sync period, please get in touch with Hurree support.

⚠️ Note: This article is intended only for Hurree users troubleshooting Teamwork Widget errors within the Hurree platform. If you're seeing Teamwork errors outside of Hurree, please visit Teamwork's Help Center.
