I've included an explanation for errors you may encounter on your Facebook Ads Widget below. These errors are common, and if you experience a mistake not detailed below, please contact a member of our team.

An Unknown Error occurred

Explanation: Unfortunately, Facebook Ads has experienced an unknown error in its internal system. This could be linked to causes including Facebook Updates, Invalid Authorization, or Facebook's internal system being down.

How to Solve: Due to the ambiguous nature of this error, we cannot provide specific instructions for troubleshooting this issue. Some actions we recommend, however, include waiting until the next sync period, double-checking that your login details and permissions have not been changed, and contacting our support team directly.

Access Token has Expired.

Explanation: An access token is a security credential used to authenticate and authorise the connection between Hurree and your tool. Some tools, such as Facebook Ads, can expire after a designated period.

To re-authenticate your account, disconnect and then reconnect your Facebook Ads connector.

You either do not have permission to access this resource, or it has been removed.

Explanation: You don't have the necessary permissions to perform the requested action. If you previously had permission, authorization may have been revoked by your account administrator.

To resolve this issue, please get in touch with the administrator of the Facebook Ads account and request that they update your permissions.

This action can only be performed by the manager of your Facebook Ads Account.

Explanation: Within Facebook Business Manager, there are different levels of permissions and users. To act, you must have tried; you are the account manager.

To solve this issue, please get in touch with the administrator of your Facebook Business Manager account and request that they update your permissions.

Internal Facebook Ads server error

Explanation: In some instances, the Facebook Ads internal server will experience an error, which means that Hurree can't fetch the data you requested at that specific time.

How to solve: These kinds of errors are not uncommon, and unfortunately, they are out of our control. The only way to resolve this issue is to wait until the next sync period. If you still encounter the same error after the next sync period, please get in touch with Hurree Support.

⚠️ Note: This article is intended only for Hurree users troubleshooting Facebook Ads Widget errors within the Hurree platform. If you're seeing Facebook Ads errors outside of Hurree, please visit Facebook Ads Help for assistance.
