Below you will find an explanation for errors you may encounter on your Google Ads widgets. These errors are uncommon and if you see an error that is not detailed below please get in touch with a member of our team.
The value of the request parameter is not valid
Explanation: When adding widgets to Hurree, our system makes a request to your tool to pull the information you’ve selected. When a request is sent to a server or API, this will usually include parameters to specify the details of the request. These parameters include query strings, headers, or request body contents. The error message suggests that one or more of these parameters have been provided with an invalid or incorrect value.
How to solve: If you are seeing this error message please contact Hurree Support and we will investigate the issue as soon as possible and find you a solution.
The authentication token provided is either invalid or has expired
Explanation: Authentication tokens are used to verify the identity of a user or a system. When you connect a tool (for example Google Analytics or Google Ads) to Hurree you are issued a token that serves as proof of your identity every time you add a datapoint from that tool. The token you’ve used to connect Hurree to Google Ads is either invalid or expired meaning it is either incorrect or exceeded its validity period.
How to solve: To solve this issue you will need to reauthenticate your connection to your tool. Depending on whether the token is invalid or expired, this could be simply disconnecting and reconnecting your connector or if invalid you will need to verify your credentials in the tool itself i.e update your password.

The resource was not found
Explanation: Unfortunately the resource you are trying to access using Hurree can not be found. This may be a result of ads or campaigns etc being deleted or removed from your account.
How to Solve: If you see this error we recommend checking the associated Google Ads account to ensure that the resource you are trying to receive data from hasn’t since been deleted or archived.
Google Ads internal server error
Explanation: In some instances, Google Ads’ internal server will experience an error which means that Hurree can’t fetch the data you have requested at that specific time.
How to solve: It’s not uncommon for these kinds of errors to occur; unfortunately, they are out of our control. The only way to resolve this issue is to wait until the next sync period. If you still are still seeing the same error even after the next sync period, please contact Hurree support.
Something is wrong on Google Ads’ end
Explanation: In some instances, a third-party tool will experience issues within its own system which is out of our control.
How to solve: These outages usually don’t last long so we recommend waiting a short time and then trying again. If you are experiencing this error for a prolonged period of time please get in touch with our support team.
Your Google Ads account no longer exists
Explanation: The Google Ads account you are trying to pull data from no longer exists.
How to solve: We recommend speaking with your account admin to check whether you have changed your Google Ads account since setting up Hurree. If this is the case you will have to disconnect and reconnect your Google Ads connector so you can begin tracking data from your new account. If you are seeing this message and your account is still active please contact Hurree Support.
