Add a Zendesk Connector

Connecting the Zendesk Connector in Hurree

Connectors are the tools for collecting the specific data points you want to display within a Widget. As long as you have an account with the tool you want to connect with, you can sync this data into Hurree.

1. Access the Connectors Tab

  • Log in to your Hurree account.

  • Navigate to the Connectors tab, located in the bottom left-hand side panel of the platform.

2. Select the Zendesk Connector

  • Click on the Zendesk Connector option to begin the connection process.

3. Input Your Zendesk Subdomain

  • A pop-up will appear asking you to input your Zendesk Subdomain.

  • Your Subdomain is the part of your Zendesk URL before “.zendesk.com”.

    • For example, if your Zendesk URL is yourcompany.zendesk.com, your Subdomain is yourcompany.

4. Copy and Paste Your Subdomain

  • Copy your Zendesk Subdomain.

  • Paste it into the designated box within the Hurree platform.

  • Click Send to connect.

5. Confirm the Connection

  • Once successfully connected, the Zendesk card will change from 'Connect' to 'Disconnect', indicating that the connection is active.

6. Disconnecting a Connector

  • If you wish to disconnect the Zendesk Connector in the future, go to your Account Settings.

  • Find the Connectors tab and select the option to Disconnect the Zendesk integration.
