Connectors are the tools from which you collect the specific datapoints you want to display within a widget. As long as you have an account with the tool you want to connect with, then you will be able to sync this data into Hurree.
Once logged in, navigate to the Connectors tab which can be found on the bottom left-hand side panel of your platform.
Click on the Zendesk Connector
A Connector pop-up will appear for the Zendesk connector asking you to input your Zendesk Subdomain.
You can find your Subdomain within your Zendesk Account. Simply log in to your account and this is the URL whilst you are on any page within Zendesk. Your Subdomain is all of the text before “.zendesk.com”.
Copy and paste this Subdomain into the box within Hurree and click Send.
Once connected you will see that the Zendesk card has now changed from Connect to Disconnect.
Nb. If you want to disconnect a connector from your Hurree account you can do so within the connector tab in your account settings.
