🛠️ How to Use the Riva AI Summary in a Snapshot

1. Pick Your Dashboard

Start by opening the dashboard you'd like summarized.

🔍 Note: AI Summary is only available on dashboards with data. If your dashboard is empty, the option won’t appear.

2. Launch the AI Summary

Click the AI Summary button at the top of the screen. This tells Riva to start analyzing your dashboard.

3. Let Riva Do the Work

Riva will process your dashboard and generate a natural language summary. This might take a few seconds depending on the amount of data.

4. Skip the Wait (Optional)

Don’t want to wait? Hit the space bar to fast-forward straight to the summary once it's ready.

5. Use the Summary Your Way

When the summary appears, you’ve got a few options:

📄 Attach to PDF Export – Add the summary to your dashboard’s PDF report.
