What's a Scheduled Snapshot?
A Scheduled Snapshot is a recurring, automated delivery of a Dashboard sent to your chosen recipients on a date and time that suits you. You can send it via email, include AI-generated summaries, and make sure your reports always arrive on time (even when you forget).
How to schedule a Snapshot in Hurree
1. Head to your Dashboard
Open the Dashboard you want to share regularly.
2. Open the share options
Click the "share" button in the top-right corner of your Dashboard.
Step 3. Select "Via Snapshot"
From the dropdown, choose Via Snapshot. This opens up the scheduler tool.
Step 4: Set it up your way
Now for the fun part:
A pop-up will appear, allowing you to configure your Snapshot.
Enter a name for your Snapshot, set the date and time you'd like it to be sent, and specify the recipients.
You can schedule a one-off Snapshot by selecting a specific date and time for delivery. This is ideal for future reports that only need to be sent once.
Next, choose any advanced options you'd like to include in your Snapshot:

5. Click save
Once you're happy, hit save. You'll get a confirmation so you know it's locked in.
Need to make changes?
Life happens. If your schedule changes or a Team Member leaves, you can easily:
Click on "manage Dashboards" from the share dropdown at the top right of the Dashboard.
To edit a Snapshot, click the pen (...) icon. You can update the Snapshots name, recipients, scheduled time, or advanced options.
To delete a Snapshot, click the (...) icon and select delete.
