How to Create a Riva AI Dashboard Summary
Step 1: Select Your Dashboard
Begin by selecting the dashboard you want to summarize.
Step 2: Open AI Summary
Click on the AI Summary option at the top of your screen. (This option will not appear on empty dashboards.)
Step 3: Wait for Riva to Generate the Summary
This action prompts Riva to create a summary of the data on the selected dashboard. Depending on the size of the dashboard, this might take a few seconds.
Step 4: Skip to the Summary
Once the summary is ready, it will automatically generate.
Press the space bar to skip the waiting period and view the summary immediately.
Step 5: Choose How to Use the Summary
Once the summary is generated, you can:
Export with Dashboard PDF – Attach the summary to your PDF export for detailed reporting.
Copy to Clipboard – Copy the summary for quick use in reports, presentations, or messages.
Share via Email Snapshot – Include the summary in an email snapshot for easy distribution.
Step 6: Use Riva's Suggest for Data Insights
Click the Riva Suggests button at the bottom of the summary to see the top three recommendations for improving your data.
These suggestions may include:
Enhancing your content strategy.
Optimizing Facebook ads for higher conversion rates.
Other data-driven insights tailored to your dashboard.
Riva Suggests in the Chatbot:
Get follow-up question suggestions.
Access relevant resource links.
Navigate directly to the Hurree Helpdesk for additional support.
Step 7: Provide Feedback with Upvote & Downvote
Help improve AI-generated summaries and chatbot responses by using the upvote or downvote feature.
Your feedback assists Riva in refining her accuracy and ensures better recommendations in the future.
Important Note
You can generate one dashboard summary per dashboard per day.
The summary refreshes daily at 00:00 UTC.
