Adding a Dashboard Summary to a Snapshot with Riva AI
This video will teach you how to add a Dashboard summary to a Snapshot in Riva AI. This will provide more context for your shared dashboards and exports.
Step 1: Create a Dashboard Summary
Before adding a Dashboard summary to a Snapshot, ensure you've created a summary for your Dashboard.
Step 2: Locate the Summary Options
Below your Dashboard summary, you will see three options for adding it to your Snapshot or for exporting it.
Step 3: Choose Your Preferred Option
Add to PDF Export: Select this option to include the Dashboard summary directly in your PDF export.
Include in Email Snapshot: Choose this option to add the summary to your email Snapshot instantly.
Copy to Clipboard: This lets you copy the summary to your clipboard, so you can paste it into an instant Snapshot or edit it before sharing.
By following these steps, you can easily add your Dashboard summary to a Snapshot, enhancing the context of your shared reports!
