Making a Connector Private in Hurree

In this guide, you will learn how to make a connector private in Hurree. This process allows you to restrict access to specific users, ensuring only authorized individuals can view and use the connector.

Step 1: Access the Connector Card

  • Navigate to the Connector Hub.

  • Click on the Connector Card of the tool you want to restrict access to.

Step 2: Enable the Private Mode

  • Within the Connector Card, locate the Make Private toggle at the bottom.

  • Turn the toggle on to enable private mode.

Step 3: Select Users with Access

  • A list of users will appear.

  • Tick the checkbox next to the names of users you want to grant access to.

  • Any user whose box is not ticked will not have access to the connector.

Step 4: Save Changes

  • Changes are saved automatically after selecting users.

  • To revert the connector back to the public, simply switch the Make Private toggle off.

By following these steps, you can manage connector access efficiently and ensure that only the right users have permission to use the tool.
