Using a Dashboard Template in Hurree

This guide will walk you through the steps to use a dashboard template in Hurree, whether you are creating a new dashboard or adding a template to an existing one.

Step 1: Access the Dashboard Template Library

  • Navigate to the Dashboard Template Library in the left-hand side panel of your Hurree account.

  • Browse through the available templates.

  • Use the filter by industry option at the top of the page to find relevant templates.

Step 2: Select a Template

  • Click on the template card to view more details.

  • You will see:

    • A close-up view of what’s included.

    • An option to see a snapshot of the template.

    • A list of connectors used in the template.

  • You do not need all connectors to use the template, but at least one must be connected.

Step 3: Choose How to Use the Template

  • Decide whether to:

    • Add it to a new dashboard.

    • Merge it with an existing dashboard in your Dashboard Library.

Step 4: Connect Required Tools (Optional)

  • If any required connectors are not yet connected, you will have the option to connect them now.

  • This step is optional, and you can proceed without connecting new tools.

  • You can also rename the dashboard template before moving to the next step.

Step 5: Configure Data Points

  • Follow the same process as adding a widget.

  • Select the specific entities for the data points included.

  • Depending on the number of connectors in the template, the entity selection process may take longer.

Step 6: Finalize and Build Your Dashboard

  • Once you complete the setup, you will see an animation indicating that your dashboard is building.

  • When the dashboard template has been added, you can:

    • Edit widgets.

    • Customize dashboards as usual.

By following these steps, you can easily use a dashboard template to streamline your data visualization in Hurree.
