Scheduling a Snapshot in Hurree
Scheduled snapshots allow you to automatically send timestamped views of your dashboard at regular intervals via email.
Step 1: Access the Schedule Snapshot Option
Click the share button in the top-right corner of your dashboard.
A dropdown menu will appear.
Select Schedule Snapshot from the options.
Step 2: Configure the Schedule Settings
A pop-up will appear, allowing you to customize the schedule.
Set the days you want the snapshot to be sent.
Choose the frequency (e.g., daily, weekly, or monthly).
Select the time for the snapshot to be sent.
To send a one-off snapshot, choose a specific date and time instead of setting a recurring schedule. This allows you to schedule a single snapshot in advance without setting up ongoing reports.
Step 3: Name Your Scheduled Snapshot
Enter a name for the scheduled snapshot.
This helps identify different scheduled snapshots easily.
Step 4: Add Recipients
Enter the email addresses of the people who should receive the snapshot.
Step 5: Manage Scheduled Snapshots
You can view and manage any scheduled snapshots in the same pop-up.
Step 6: Save and Activate
Once all details are set, click Save.
The snapshot will now be sent automatically based on the schedule you've configured.
