Asking Riva AI a Question

This video will teach you how to ask Riva AI a question, get assistance with any queries regarding Hurree, and gain insights into your dashboards and data.

Step 1: Locate the Riva AI Icon

  • Look for the Riva AI icon in the bottom right corner of your Hurree platform.

Step 2: Click on the Icon

  • Click on the Riva AI icon to open the chatbot.

Step 3: Explore Popular Actions (Optional)

  • Upon opening, you’ll be presented with a range of popular actions to help you initiate your request.

Step 4: Ask Your Specific Question

  • If you have a specific request, type your question into the chat.

  • Whether you need help with adding data points to your dashboard or guidance on using a particular feature, Riva is ready to assist!

Step 5: Receive Assistance

  • Riva will provide helpful answers and insights based on your question, guiding you to the necessary information or action.

Using Riva AI, you can easily get the support and guidance you need directly from the chatbot!
