How to schedule a Snapshot for automated reports in Hurree

If you regularly send reports, Hurree lets you schedule a Snapshot of your Dashboards to automatically send to your team, reducing manual effort and human error.

  • Navigate to the top right corner of your Dashboard and click the share button.

  • From the dropdown menu, select Schedule Snapshot.

Step 3: Configure the Snapshot

  • A pop-up will appear, allowing you to configure your Snapshot.

  • Enter a name for your Snapshot, set the date and time you'd like it to be sent, and specify the recipients.

  • You can schedule a one-off Snapshot by selecting a specific date and time for delivery. This is ideal for future reports that only need to be sent once.

Step 5: Edit or cancel a Scheduled Snapshot

  • If you need to edit or cancel a scheduled Snapshot, click "View Existing Scheduled Snapshots" at the bottom of the pop-up.

  • From here, you can modify or delete your scheduled Snapshots at any time.

Step 6: Snapshot History
