How to View Snapshot History
Hurree allows you to track the history of snapshots sent from your dashboard. Follow these steps to view and manage your snapshot history:
Step 1: Select the Dashboard
Navigate to the Dashboards section in Hurree.
Select the dashboard for which you want to check the snapshot history.
Step 2: Open Snapshot History
Once on the selected dashboard, locate the ellipses (three-dot menu) in the top-right corner.
Click the ellipses to open a dropdown menu.
From the dropdown options, select Snapshot History.
Step 3: View Snapshot Details
In the Snapshot History overview, you will see:
The date and time when the snapshot was sent.
The delivery method (e.g., email or link).
The number of views the snapshot has received.
The sender's name (who sent the snapshot).
Step 4: Interact with the Snapshot
Click on the hyperlinked version of the snapshot to view what it looks like.
Check if the snapshot is still active.
If needed, change the status of the snapshot to expired.
By following these steps, you can easily track and manage the snapshots sent from your Hurree dashboard.
