How to share regular Snapshots of your Dashboard via email
Keep your team and stakeholders updated with regular Dashboard Snapshots.
Step 1: Open the share menu
On your Dashboard, click the share button in the top right-hand corner.
Step 2: Select the Snapshot option
A dropdown menu will appear, and click Snapshot.
Step 3: Name your Snapshot
A pop-up will appear prompting you to name your Snapshot. Enter a clear, descriptive title that helps identify the Snapshots's purpose, for example, "Monthly Marketing Round-up" or "Q3 Revenue Report".
Next, choose any advanced options you'd like to include in your Snapshot:

Widget Comments
Section Descriptions
Widget Annotations
Once you've made your selections, click Next to continue.
Step 4: Add recipients
In the new pop-up, enter the email addresses of the recipients you want to send the Snapshot to.
To add multiple recipients, press enter after each email address or separate them with a comma.
You can also include a personal message to give recipients additional context about the Snapshot.
To remove an email, click the X icon beside it.
Step 5: Send the Snapshot
Once you've added all the recipients, click Send.
Your Dashboard Snapshot will be sent via email.
Step 6: Snapshot History
To view all Snapshots that have been sent, click the ellipsis (⋯) icon at the top right corner of your Dashboard.
From the dropdown menu, select Snapshot History.
You'll now see a list of all Snapshots shared for this Dashboard.
The following details are available:
Name of the Snapshot
Sent to/via (for example, email address or shared link)
Date created
Views
Status
Created by
You can open a Snapshot by selecting its name.
To change the status of a Snapshot, click the ellipsis (⋮) icon beside it and choose Expire.
