How to Share Regular Snapshots of Your Dashboard via Email
Keep your team and stakeholders updated with regular dashboard snapshots.
Step 1: Open the Share Menu
On your dashboard, click the Share button in the top right-hand corner.
Step 2: Select Snapshot Option
A drop-down menu will appear. Click the Share Board Snapshot button.
Step 3: Name Your Snapshot
A pop-up will prompt you to Name Your Snapshot. Enter a relevant title, such as "Monthly Marketing Round-up" or "Q3 Revenue Numbers".
Click Next when ready.
Step 4: Add Recipients
In the new pop-up, enter the email addresses of the recipients you wish to send the snapshot to.
To add multiple emails, press enter or use a comma to separate them.
To delete an email, click the X next to it.
Step 5: Send the Snapshot
Once you've added all the recipients, click Send.
Your dashboard snapshot will be sent via email.
Step 6: Close the Pop-up
To return to your dashboard, click anywhere outside of the pop-up.
