How to make the most out of Riva AI Summaries.
Riva AI Summaries are a powerful feature within Hurree that transforms detailed metrics into easily digestible insights. To get the most out of these summaries, you must prepare your dashboard and learn how to use them to add valuable context.
Ensure your widgets are loaded and ready
For the most accurate and timely AI summaries, your widgets must be refreshed and fully loaded. This means Riva has all the latest data to analyze and summarize. Any widgets still stuck in the loading state will not be included in the summary.
Finetune your Dashboard before Summarizing
Currently, you can generate one dashboard summary per dashboard per day. Before you generate your summary, ensure that your dashboard includes all the necessary information and that all widgets are correctly configured.
Effortless additional context
Once you have your summary, we recommend using it alongside other Hurree features to maximise effectiveness.
Snapshots: Once you have created your dashboard summary, directly attach it to a snapshot email. This gives your recipients the full picture, as they can see your visual dashboard alongside the plain text version that highlights any key takeaways.
Annotations: Copy key information from your dashboard summary and paste it as annotations on specific widgets. This is a simple way to add smart insights to specific points on your graphs and charts.
