Connecting the ShipStation Connector in Hurree
Connectors are tools used to gather specific data points you'd like to showcase in a Widget for you. If you have an account with the associated tool, you can proceed to synchronize this data into Hurree.
Step 1: Understanding Connectors
Connectors gather specific data points for display in Widgets.
If you have an account with the associated tool, you can synchronize this data with Hurree.
Step 2: Accessing Connectors
Log in to your Hurree account.
Navigate to the Connectors tab in the bottom-left panel.
Step 3: Selecting the ShipStation Connector
Click on the ShipStation Connector.
A pop-up will appear for this tool.
Click Connect at the bottom of the pop-up.
Step 4: Retrieving your API Key
Log in to your ShipStation account and hit the settings icon.
Once on this page, click the account dropdown, then select API Settings.
On this page, select 'v1 API' and generate an API key.
Select 12 months and click generate.
n.b. Sometimes, you may need to verify your email, so you can just go to your inbox and follow the verification process.
Once verified, click 'Generate' again to generate the API Key and Secret Key. You will need to input both of these into Hurree.
Step 5: Connecting ShipStation to Hurree
Paste the copied API Key and Secret Key into the ShipStation Connector card in Hurree.
Click Connect.
Once connected, the ShipStation card status will change from 'Connect' to 'Disconnect'.
Step 6: Disconnecting a Connector
To disconnect a Connector, go to the Connectors tab within your account settings.
Locate the connected ShipStation account and select Disconnect if needed.
