Editing and deleting a Scheduled Snapshot

How to edit a Scheduled Snapshot

Once a Snapshot has been scheduled, you can modify its configuration, including the name, recipients, and time frame.

Step 1: Open the share menu

  • Navigate to the top right corner of your Dashboard.

  • Click the Share button.

Step 2: Access existing Snapshots

  • A dropdown menu will appear - click View Existing.

  • A pop-up will then display all existing Scheduled Snapshots for the currently selected Dashboard.

Note: You can only view Snapshots scheduled for the Dashboard you are currently on.

Step 3: Edit or delete a Snapshot

  • To edit a Snapshot, click the pen (✏️) icon. You can update the Snapshots name, recipients, scheduled time, or advanced options.

  • To delete a Snapshots, click the bin (🗑️) icon.

Step 4: Snapshot History

  • To view all Snapshot that have been sent, click the ellipsis (⋯) icon at the top right corner of your Dashboard.

  • From the dropdown menu, select Snapshot History.

  • You'll now see a list of all Snapshots shared for this Dashboard.

  • The following details are available:

    • Name of the Snapshot

    • Sent to/via (for example, email address or shared link)

    • Date created

    • Views

    • Status

    • Created by

  • You can open a Snapshot by selecting its name.

  • To change the status of a Snapshot, click the ellipsis () icon beside it and choose Expire.
