How to edit a Scheduled Snapshot
Once a Snapshot has been scheduled, you can modify its configuration, including the name, recipients, and time frame.
Step 1: Open the share menu
Navigate to the top right corner of your Dashboard.
Click the Share button.
Step 2: Access existing Snapshots
A dropdown menu will appear - click View Existing.
A pop-up will then display all existing Scheduled Snapshots for the currently selected Dashboard.
Note: You can only view Snapshots scheduled for the Dashboard you are currently on.
Step 3: Edit or delete a Snapshot
To edit a Snapshot, click the pen (✏️) icon. You can update the Snapshots name, recipients, scheduled time, or advanced options.
To delete a Snapshots, click the bin (🗑️) icon.
Step 4: Snapshot History
To view all Snapshot that have been sent, click the ellipsis (⋯) icon at the top right corner of your Dashboard.
From the dropdown menu, select Snapshot History.
You'll now see a list of all Snapshots shared for this Dashboard.
The following details are available:
Name of the Snapshot
Sent to/via (for example, email address or shared link)
Date created
Views
Status
Created by
You can open a Snapshot by selecting its name.
To change the status of a Snapshot, click the ellipsis (⋮) icon beside it and choose Expire.
