How to Edit a Scheduled Snapshot

Once a snapshot has been scheduled, you can modify its configuration, including the name, recipients, and time frame.

Step 1. Open the Share Menu

  • Navigate to the top right corner of your dashboard.

  • Click the Share button.

Step 2. Access Scheduled Snapshots

  • A dropdown menu with two options will appear. Click Schedule Snapshot.

  • A pop-up will appear. In the bottom right-hand corner, click View Existing Scheduled Snapshots.

Note: You can only view scheduled snapshots for the dashboard you are currently on.

Step 3. Edit or Delete a Snapshot

  • You will see a list of all currently scheduled snapshots for the selected dashboard.

  • Click Edit to update the snapshot’s name, recipients, or time frame.

  • Click Delete if you want to remove the scheduled snapshot.
