Share regular snapshots of your dashboard via URL with external stakeholders to keep everyone in the loop and aligned on the KPIs that are performing well, and those that need a little extra attention.
On your dashboard, click the Share button in the top right-hand corner.
A drop down will appear. Click the Share Board Snapshot button.
Next, a pop-up will appear and ask you to Name Your Snapshot. Enter your text and click the Next button when you are ready.
A new pop-up will appear with the option to Generate Link. Click on this box to expand the window.
Select Copy Link. This will add the link to your clipboard where you can then paste it into an email, document, Whatsapp, Slack message, and so on...
Click Done to exit from this screen and return to your dashboard.
