Why Won't My Connectors Connect to Hurree?

1. Ensure Pop-ups Are Enabled on Your Browser

Pop-ups need to be enabled for Hurree to connect smoothly with your other accounts. Follow the steps for your browser to ensure pop-ups are allowed.

For Chrome:

  • Open Chrome on your computer.

  • Click the three vertical dots in the top right corner.

  • Click Settings.

  • Select Security and Privacy from the left-hand menu.

  • Click Site Settings.

  • Scroll to the bottom and click Pop-ups and Redirects.

  • Under Default Behaviour, select the option to allow sites to send pop-ups or use redirects.

For Safari:

  • Open Safari on your Mac.

  • In the top menu, select Safari and then choose Preferences.

  • Click Websites.

  • Select Pop-up Windows from the left-hand menu.

  • In the drop-down for When visiting other websites, select Allow.

2. Verify Your Login Details

Ensure that your login details are correct when connecting Hurree to your other accounts. If your login credentials have changed, make sure to log back into your connector account to verify the new details.
