Can I Link Multiple Connector Accounts to Hurree?
Yes. With the Duplicate Connector feature, you can connect multiple accounts for the same platform in Hurree. This allows you to report across different clients, brands, or business units without having to recreate Connectors each time.
Step 1: Linking Multiple Accounts Using Duplicate Connectors
To link multiple accounts for the same platform:
Log in to your Hurree account.
Select the Connector icon in the bottom left-hand corner.
Search for and select the Connector you want to use.
Open the Accounts tab.
Click Add New Account.
Authenticate the additional account.
Depending on the Connector type:
Login-based Connectors will prompt you to log in through a pop-up window.
API-based Connectors will require you to enter your API key in the authentication window.
Once connected, the additional account will appear in the Accounts tab. You can edit the account name and description to make it easier to identify.
You can now use both accounts across multiple dashboards and Widgets.
Step 2: Selecting the Account When Creating a Widget
When adding a Widget, you will be prompted to select the specific account at the Entity level:
Click Add Widget from your Dashboard.
Choose your Connector.
Select the Datapoint you want to display.
Choose the specific account you want to pull data from.
Complete your Widget setup and click finish.
Your Widget will appear on the Dashboard with the selected account clearly visible.
Important: Disconnecting accounts
Disconnecting an account may cause all associated Widgets to error.
Reconnecting the account will not automatically restore those Widgets. You will need to delete and re-add each affected Widget manually.
