How to create a Multi-Datapoint Widget
Step 1: Add a new Widget
Click + Add Widget to begin creating your new Widget.
Step 2: Choose your Widget type
You can select a multi-datapoint bar chart or a line graph, depending on how you want to display the data.
Step 3: Select Connector
Choose the Connector from which you would like to display data on your Dashboard.
Step 4: Add your Datapoints
You can now choose from a range of data points for your graph. You will have the opportunity to select two different Datapoints to showcase in your line graph or bar chart.
Step 5: Add a Widget Description
On the Widget settings page, you can now add a description to your Widget.
You can use this to explain what the Widget is showing or add extra context for your team.
Step 6: Choose date range
In the final step, select the date range from which the data will be pulled.
Step 7: Advanced options
In the advanced options, you can customize how your data is displayed. You can now add dual Y-axes to your graph, making it easier to clearly display DataPoints with different scales.
You can also enable Benchmarks to compare performance against targets, and the Median Line, which is turned on by default to highlight the central value of your data. Both Benchmarks and the Median Line can be toggled on or off, depending on how much context you want to include in your chart.
Step 8: finish setup
Once you're satisfied with your configuration, you can click finish to add your Widget to the Dashboard.
Note
Due to the amount of data being collected, please allow a few minutes for the Widget to load fully.
