API access is only available on the SEMrush Business plan. If your account is on a Pro or Guru plan, you will need to upgrade before the Hurree Connector can retrieve any data.

Standard API units
The Business plan does not include any API usage credits by default. Standard API units must be purchased as a separate add-on and become a recurring monthly charge on top of your plan subscription.
Important: unused Standard API units expire at the end of each billing cycle. There is no rollover to the following month.
How unit consumption works
The number of units consumed per request depends on which data endpoint is used. The table below outlines the rates for the most common endpoint types.

There is no fixed cost per API call. Because unit consumption depends on the endpoint type and the volume of data returned, the total cost varies based on usage. We recommend identifying the specific data points you need and estimating your monthly call volume before committing to a unit package. SEMrush sales can help you with this.
