Yes, you can. Not every Widget is meant for every audience, and with Hidden Widgets you have more control over what you share. You can hide any Widget or Section from viewers and Snapshots, while keeping it available for your internal team.
How to hide a Widget or Section
Step 1: Select the Eye icon on the Widget or Section you want to hide.
Hidden items move into a dedicated area at the bottom of your Dashboard, so you can keep them without displaying them in your main Dashboard view.
Step 2: Unhiding your Widgets
Anything you hide can be unhidden at any time. Your Widgets and Sections stay exactly as you left them at the bottom of your Dashboard, ready to bring back into view whenever you need them.
Step 3: How Hidden Widgets behave
Calculated Widgets will still work even when the Widgets feeding into them are hidden, so your data stays accurate behind the scenes. When you send a Snapshot, you can choose whether to include hidden items by toggling the Include Hidden Sections and Widgets option on or off, giving you full control over what each audience sees.
Whether you're tidying up a client view or keeping working Widgets out of a Snapshot, Hidden Widgets help you share exactly what matters, and nothing else.
