Below you will find an explanation for errors you may encounter on your Teamwork widgets. These errors are uncommon and if you see an error that is not detailed below please get in touch with a member of our team.

Unauthorised, invalid or no Authentication

Explanation: The authentication process needed to connect your Teamwork account to Hurree failed because the information provided to verify your identity is invalid or you do not have the correct permission levels to authorise the connection.

This could mean that your login details, such as username, password or token are incorrect, missing or not in the expected format. This could be due to a mistyped or forgotten password, an expired or revoked token, or an incorrect username. This could also be a result of you not having the level of permission within your Teamwork account to connect third-party tools.

How to solve: If you encounter this error you should double-check your authentication information to ensure it is correct. We recommend reverifying your username, password and any other required credentials. In some situations, you may need to reset your password. You may also need to review your account permissions encase these need to be updated. If the issue persists please contact your account admin.

You lack the permission to perform this action

Explanation: Your connection between Hurree and Teamwork has been authorised but you lack the necessary permission to perform this specific action.

How to solve: You will need to login into your Teamwork account and review your permissions. As you have been restricted from performing this specific action in order to resolve you will need to contact your account admin to update your permissions.

Resource not found

Explanation: Unfortunately the resource you are trying to access using Hurree can not be found. This may be a result of this resource being deleted, or not existing or, you may not have the correct permissions to access this information.

How to solve: If you see this error we recommend checking your Teamwork account to ensure that the resource you are trying to receive data from hasn’t since been deleted or archived. At this time you should also check your account details or with your admin that you have the necessary permissions within Teamwork.

Teamwork Server Error

Explanation: In some instances, the Teamwork internal server will experience an error which means that Hurree can’t fetch the data you have requested at that specific time.

How to solve: It’s not uncommon for these kinds of errors to occur and unfortunately they are out of our control. The only way to resolve this issue is to wait until the next sync period. If you still are seeing the same error even after the next sync period, please contact Hurree support.
