How to get the Daily Riva Summary email

  • The Daily Riva Summary email gives you a smart overview of important activity in your Hurree account, without filling your inbox with individual notifications. You can enable and customize this in your notification settings.

Step 1: Log into your Hurree account

  • Log into your Hurree account as normal.

Step 2: Open your account settings

  • Click your profile picture or initials in the bottom left corner of the platform.
This will open your account settings.

Step 3: Go to Notifications

  • At the top of the navigation bar within Account Settings, select Notifications.

  • From here, you can control how and when you receive updates from Hurree.

Step 4: Choose how you get notified

  • Under How you get notified, make sure both In-app and Email are selected.

  • This is required to receive email notifications, including the Daily Riva Summary.

Step 5: Enable Daily Riva Summary emails

  • Scroll down to How often you're notified via email.

  • You will see two options:

    • Per notification
You will receive an email every time a selected action occurs.

    • Smart Daily Riva Summary Emails
Instead of multiple emails, Riva groups all relevant notifications into a single daily summary email, sent each morning.

  • Select Smart Daily Riva Summary Emails to receive the Daily Riva Summary.

Step 6: Customize your notification types

  • Below these options, you can toggle individual notifications on or off. These control what appears in your Daily Riva Summary email.

  • Available notification types include:

    • Dashboard invitation

    • Dashboard created

    • Dashboard renamed

    • Dashboard deleted

    • Widget deleted

    • Widget comments

    • Widget comment tags

    • Snapshot created

    • Scheduled Snapshot setup

    • Scheduled Snapshot sent

    • Scheduled Snapshot deleted

    • Snapshot deleted

    • Snapshot expired

    • User removed

    • Connector enabled

    • Billing success

    • Billing fail

    • Product updates

    • Profile completed

    • Starter Guide updates

  • Turn on only the notifications that matter most to you, and Riva will include them in your daily summary.

That's it

  • Once enabled, Riva will send you a Daily Riva Summary email each morning with a clear overview of relevant activity in your account. You can update these settings at any time from your Notifications page.
