What type of customer support does Hurree offer?
Hurree offers multiple customer support options to ensure you get the help you need. You can access live chat support with one of our agents through the chat function at the bottom right-hand corner of the Hurree Academy during our working hours:

You can reach out to our live chat support team through the chat function located at the bottom right-hand corner of the Hurree Academy.
Live chat support is available during our working hours:
08:00-18:00 GMT, Monday to Friday.
2. Email support
Outside of live chat hours, you can email Hurree support at [email protected].
A Team Member will get back to you as soon as possible.
3. Hurree academy
All customers have full access to the Hurree Academy, which offers various resources to help answer any questions.
4. Enhanced onboarding
Hurree offers an enhanced onboarding experience that can be added to your plan for a one-time fee of $500.
During this onboarding, our team will guide you through all key features and help you build your dashboards, ensuring you get up and running quickly with Hurree.
