Resolving Google Analytics & Google Ads Connection Issues
1. Understanding the Issue
Some users may experience difficulty connecting Hurree with Google Analytics and Google Ads.
This often occurs due to a prior connection with the same Google Account from a previous trial or cancelled subscription.
2. Disconnecting Google-Related Connectors
Before proceeding, disconnect all Google-related connectors, including:
Google Analytics
Google Ads
Google Search Console
3. Updating Google Account Preferences
Navigate to Manage your Google Account by clicking your Google icon (initial/image) in the top right corner of your Google homepage.
Click the Data & Privacy tab on the left-hand menu.
Scroll down to Data from apps and services you use.
Click Third-party apps with account access.
Locate Hurree Analytics in this section.
Click Hurree Analytics and select Remove Access.
4. Reconnecting Google Analytics and Google Ads
Return to your Hurree account.
Navigate to the Connectors page.
Reconnect Google Analytics and Google Ads.
Google will reauthenticate the access, allowing a successful connection between Hurree and Google Services.
5. Troubleshooting & Support
Your Google Analytics and Google Ads should now connect successfully.
