Below, you will find an explanation for any errors you may encounter with your X widgets. These errors are uncommon. If you discover an error not detailed below, please get in touch with a member of our team.

Something is wrong on X's end.

Explanation: Occasionally, X may experience temporary service disruptions or API-related issues that can affect third-party integrations and widgets. As these issues originate within X's platform, they are outside of our control.

To resolve these outages, we recommend waiting a few minutes before trying again. Temporary outages are often resolved automatically by X. If the issue persists for an extended period, please contact our support team and we'll investigate further.

Unfortunately, the resource you are looking for has not been found.

Explanation: The content you're trying to access through your X widget is no longer available. This can happen if a post has been deleted, removed, archived, or if the associated account has changed its visibility settings.

How to Solve: If you happen to encounter this error, we recommend checking the relevant X account and verify that the post, profile, or content source still exists and is publicly accessible. If the content has been removed or archived, you'll need to select an alternative source for your widget.

You don't have authorisation to access this resource

Explanation: Your account does not have the required permissions to access the selected X resource. Full access to the connected X account may be required for the widget to retrieve and display data successfully.

To resolve this issue, please contact the administrator or owner of the X account and request the appropriate access permissions. Once your account permissions have been updated, reconnect the integration and try again.
