How to Create a Live Snapshot
Step 1: Navigate to your Dashboard
Log in to your Hurree account and open the Dashboard you want to share as a Live Snapshot.
Step 2: Select Share
Click the Share button in the top right of your Dashboard. From the dropdown, select Via Snapshot.
Live Snapshots can only be sent via email to ensure secure, authenticated access.
Step 3: Name your Live Snapshot and choose options
Give your Live Snapshot a name. You can also include advanced options such as:
Benchmarks
Dashboard descriptions
Widget descriptions
Widget comments
Section descriptions
Widget Annotations
These options let you control exactly what information your recipients see.
Step 4: Add recipients and message
Enter the email addresses of everyone you want to share the Live Snapshot with and press Enter to save each one.
Add a personal message, if desired, to explain the Dashboard or highlight insights.
Recipients will receive an authenticated email with access to the live Dashboard, showing up-to-date data every time they view it.
Click the Always Live Data button. This ensures your team can securely share real-time data, reduce repetitive Snapshot sending, and track who accesses your reports.
