A Static Snapshot captures the Dashboard at a specific point in time. The data shown in a Static Snapshot reflects the Dashboard as it was when the Snapshot was created or sent.
What is a Live Snapshot?
A Live Snapshot gives approved recipients access to a version of the Snapshot that updates with the latest available Dashboard data when it is opened.
When is it best to use a Static Snapshot?
Use a Static Snapshot when you want to:
