Why your Semrush Connector may not be returning data
If your Semrush Connector is connected in Hurree but your dashboards are showing no data, the most common cause is a missing or insufficient API access on your Semrush account.
The Semrush Connector requires the following to be active on your SEMrush account:
A Semrush Business plan subscription (API access is not available on Pro or Guru plans)
Standard API units (these are not included in the Business plan and must be purchased separately)
Trends API units, if you are expecting traffic or audience data specifically
If any of these are missing, the Connector will not be able to retrieve data even if it appears connected in Hurree.
What to check first
Log in to your Semrush account and confirm:
Your plan is Business tier or above
You have an active Standard API unit allocation with remaining units for the current billing cycle.
If Trends data points are empty, specifically, check whether you have an active Trends API subscription.
Still not working?
If your Semrush account has the correct access in place and the data is still not appearing, contact Hurree support and include the Dashboard name and the data points affected.
